The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force received a tip back in March that child sex abuse material was being uploaded from an electronic device, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said.
During the course of the investigation, Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office detectives discovered hundreds of child sex abuse materials on Carlos Manzini’s computer.
Manzini was charged with endangering the welfare of a child/possession of child sex abuse material, Suarez said. He was arrested at a residence on 33rd Street in Union City and transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility pending his first court appearance.
